By accessing and using visyy Covers ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
visyy Covers is an AI-powered asset generation tool designed to create custom covers and icons. We utilize third-party AI models (such as FLUX.1) to generate these assets based on user prompts.
3. Credits and Payments
visyy Covers offers one-time purchase options including Pro Membership ("Visyy Covers PRO") and Credit Packs ("Booster Pack", "Creator Pack"). There are no recurring subscriptions. Credits are required for certain features such as 4K upscaling or high-resolution generations. All purchases are final and credits are non-refundable. Pro membership grants lifetime access to premium themes and specific features as outlined in the pricing section at the time of purchase.
4. User Content and Community
By using the "Share to Community" feature, you grant visyy Covers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your generated asset in our public gallery. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our standards or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The assets generated by the AI are provided to you for your personal or commercial use. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may be subject to evolving copyright laws, and we make no warranties regarding the exclusive ownership of generated outputs.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall visyy Covers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
