Due to the nature of digital assets and the immediate consumption of AI generation credits, all purchases on visyy Covers are final and non-refundable.

2. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed at the time of generation or upscaling. Once a generation is initiated, the credits cannot be returned to your balance, regardless of whether you choose to download the final asset.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that results in credits being deducted without a generation being completed, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and may, at our discretion, credit your account for the failed generation.
